As an essential service provider, you’ll see our crews out in the community at Alert Level 2 to keep your power on and gas flowing, as well as being on standby to respond to faults and make any emergency repairs. Your retailer – the company that sends your energy bill – will notify you about any work or outages impacting you.

If your power outage is not showing on this website it is important you contact your electricity retailer (the company your electricity bill comes from). Alternatively, you can report your outage here.

  • Stay 10m away from downed lines
  • If you are in a vehicle and power lines fall onto it, stay inside until you are rescued.
